I want to give absolutely massive credit to Igor Tudor. He’s basically been mocked and laughed at by nearly the entire footballing media in England ever since he arrived. Ange mark 2. Dismissed because pundits ‘don’t know much about him’. As if he didn’t spend years at one of Europe’s biggest clubs. He’s had his intelligence insulted by journos who claimed ‘he must not know anything about English football’. Had rumours spread that all the players are against him and are just playing for themselves. No one can tell me those players haven’t been responding to him in the last few games. We all want instant impacts but that’s often not reality. The last two games have been far better than anything we ever saw under the terrible management of Thomas Frank. I’m going early but I’m now fully confident we stay up with time to spare. COYS

He’ll get another job, probably another top flight job at that. It didn’t work out, it happens. He was clearly not a good fit for this club and the players. Igor Tudor probably isn’t either, but once fitness levels got back to where they needed, he’s tapped into something and we’re seeing the fruits of a competent coach.
