Anyone got any tips for getting thf-free dibutyl magnesium? Got three bottles of it with thf in now 😓

@DarrenWillcox Yep. Since it's been going on for ages now I'm not sure why they're not admitting it

@mattd_t We had the same problem, as you might remember. It doesn’t mention there is THF on the product label

@NickelCarbon I was tearing my hair out trying to work out how I'd contaminated it the first time around

@mattd_t Ooohhh I just bought that and thought the THF must have come from another reagent

@KyleGPearce Yeah, feared this was the case

@mattd_t Have a similar problem these days, all I can suggest is an alternative supplier or making it yourself, unfortunately.
