Now I ask, why would I book accommodation and not request wheelchair accessible?
So don’t add notes to the notes section when you book on @bookingcom because they vanish.

So added to the notes in the booking that we required #wheelchairaccissible accom only for the notes to be nowhere to be found and not wheelchair accessible. Because there is no evidence of my notes I get no refund!

Well that was a waste of time, does anyone know what actually happens to the notes you add to a booking at the time of booking? As clearly they vanish in tk the ether..!

@CarrefourGroup I’d like my €120 back for fuel I did not have from one of your pay at pump filling stations. A faulty pump that wouldn’t accept my card then enables someone else to fill their car using my details… j used a different pump to which I have the receipt for.
