ROYAL MAIL GROUP NEGOTIATORS AGREEMENT REACHED We have today reached a negotiators agreement with Royal Mail Group on pay and issues related to section 5 of the December 2024 EP Group / CWU agreement. In line with the unions rules, the CWU Postal Executive will now debate and vote on the agreement. We will share the timeline for this meeting as soon as we have it. If it is endorsed by the Postal Executive we will share the full details of the agreement as part of an extensive communications exercise ahead of a full members ballot. @barntavia @CWUnews Sorry luv.. but we were at least £3 + above minimum wage when I started. The gap has closed considerably to not far above minimum wage now. Yes unskilled work but it’s at the point where we can go elsewhere and nearly earn the same
