everyone is talking about OpenClaw + Slack. Telegram topics are SUPER underrated. - each topic is a department of my 12 ai agents. - I don’t talk to my OpenClaw gateway anymore. - Each agent has its own memory.md, soul.md, identity.md, and learning.md. - Every cron job and sub agent spawn is saved and logged. - Within each topic there are 3-4 agents sharing their context and learnings with each other. - Each topic knows what’s going on, hence every agent self-improves overtime. Everything I run in my business is off my phone now. This feels like I’m legit managing a company through text messages. Anything from coding, researching, image design, motion graphics, is all a text away. Simple and easy to setup as well. 💪

@matthewbcarlsen Oh nice, I'd just be careful with a host of criteria. The more signals you feed in, the easier it is for an agent to overlift noise. I'd advise to let agents analyze, but let them optimize towards something unambiguous. Good luck!

@OptibaseIO I have been developing the backend strategy with Carl for a few days now but it will consist of either manual completion based on pre-defined winner metrics while also having end conditions and gaurd rails OR agents will analyze based on a host of criteria.

It's good to see A/B testing baked into the company brain early, very mature! How are you planning to evaluate listing winners on Etsy? Pure CVR? Revenue per visitor? Time to purchase, or something hybrid? Interested in seeing how you're thinking about statistical significance in that environment.

What SaaS isn’t dead? 🥸 1. Marketplaces - service apps that connect users to others through the app 2. Deep knowledge built into the backend functionality on how to execute to get results 3. SaaS with great ecosystem + integrations + community, not just code 4. SaaS with proprietary data and custom LLMs & agent instructions to outperform general AI (private data access) BUT…if you have a following and distribution channels of people that trust you….ALL SAAS IS PROFITABLE, at least in the short term😎 something I don’t have YET 😂

I just heard a Goldman Sachs exec say knowledge work is going to zero. and it’s something I’ve been thinking about.. every lawyer, consultant, accountant. they all get paid for the same reason. they know something you don't. that's it. that's the whole business model. AI made knowledge infinite. so what happens when everyone has the same information at their fingertips? what's actually worth paying for anymore?

Totally agree, my fear is not people vibe coding because most users (at least in my niche) want results, they don’t want to develop something, even if it doesn’t take super long. My fear is building a tool (a few other ideas I had) that you can literally just ask personal agent to recreate instantly. If there is not proprietary data, a publicly recognized user base (Uber), or some unique access to data, or some special secret formula for the results, I don’t see how it will survive long term. I’m not too worried because mine takes API access you have to apply for, but I am just trying to validate that I am not wasting my time 😂

SaaS is NOT dead. SaaS tools are dead. People will pay for results from agentic SaaS - assuming minimal effort and sacrifice and fast results.

HONEST FEAR 🥶 Currently social media is king for growing HUMAN personal brands. Once AI text, voices, video creators become indistinguishable from actual humans doing the work … agents are going to grow personal brands faster than any human could (either for you or some random character) BUT - if you are like me, you see consuming AI content as extremely less valuable and meaningful. Going to throw us for a loop when we don’t want to support AI, yet can’t distinguish the difference 🙈 Will get scary when the largest personal brands become AGI accounts - humans will loose the power of social media influence.
