@LNRailway hi, your new trains are awful. The seats are virtually upright, lacking head support and my knees are banging on the seat in front of me and I’m not big, dread to think how other passengers cope.

@BBCNews This kind of a thing really frustrates people's holiday weekend. Plans already made, and then major disruptions. People rely on transport during busy periods like Easter, and raises questions about how well the system can handle it.
