After selecting the language, if you get the "if you need info..." hang up and try again. Once you get "if you are calling from Canada" you will be put in line. I was #183 and i took about 90 minutes to talk to someone.

.@PassportCan Submitted application via mail for my daughter in April. Traveling w/ 10 other people first week of July. Back then the guidance was 25 work days. Payment was taken but impossible to call to get a request #. What shoud I do? Show up the day before at any office?

@ceciliaaraneda @PassportCan Thanks! I got through right away once last week, but wasn't prepared with my file number because I was away from home and didn't think I would get through. At that point it apparently was not even processed.
