It’s really not complicated, is it? If you’re going to tax farmers so much they could lose their farm, maybe you should wait until you’ve actually increased their annual income rather than just planning to do it at some point in the future. Or even better, increase their income and don’t tax their farm to death!

Keir Starmer appears to look on awkwardly as President Trump discusses steps he has taken to help US farmers in response to a question from @beverleyturner about the family farm tax. Comes as a record number of farms were forced to close this year in wake of the Budget⬇️

@DomThePig @turbotechdog I think it's all magic. The electricity just appears at a charging point which are so efficient they can probably feed people while producing zero emissions. I definitely can't see any issues with any of these policies.......
