@mattmark I'm there Tues nights for league. Reduced to 1200 cal/day while I'm looking to shed excess fat. Will be increasing cal intake next week as I'll be starting weight training.

Treadmill pyramid intervals, reduced calorie diet, and 10pm beach games. Too tired to know what to think or feel. 😴😴😴 #emptyingthetank
