The specs for this PARKING LOT (!!!) stop sign are insane.

But after the first in person meeting I decided it wasn’t for me.

Wife and I found an amazing house today on 2 acres of land in a very nice neighborhood. Significant upgrade from our current home/yard/hood.
The kiddos want to veto it because they would have to switch elementary schools. They are in 2nd grade and kindergarten.

One manufacturer is not honoring a 30-day quote (by the time they fulfill the order our price will be greater).
Another includes "prices subject to change without notice" on their quote.

Hill I’ll die on: brioche buns make bad burgers and hot dogs. An urban legend has arisen that it’s the right way and supermarkets love selling pricier options.
Normal buns are better and cheaper.
