@mattsapien_ @JSFILMZ0412 It's right there in the video man? Can't you see it? Have you extended videos with Seedance 2.0? If you have, you should know what I'm talking about. And for the record, it's not only Seedance, it appears all AI models struggle with extending.

@ElDirectorSV @JSFILMZ0412 contrast and slight scale changes, yes. but you should not be getting pixelation. what reference video are you uploading and what is it's purpose?

@mattsapien_ @JSFILMZ0412 Well.. I've done "high quality" frames, in fact; I extract last frame from the video and upscale it to 4k with nano banana pro, and still, for some reason Seedance 2.0 grabs the resolution of the video reference and mess up the contrast and introduces some pixelated artifacts.

@ElDirectorSV @JSFILMZ0412 No it doesn't degrade the longer the gen is. The reason it's degraded in this video is because OP did not use a high quality start frame for hi stich

@JSFILMZ0412 I wonder if the gradual loss in quality and artifacts is the reason most models cap the generations to 6, 9, 12, and 15 second generations. It's very noticeable in Seedance 2.0 and any other model. Everything else is fine.

@taherdhanera I've directed 6 and 7 figure projects yet never owned a camera worth more than $250. For me, the camera was always a tool, not the reason. I see the pure storytellers embracing AI while ppl who obsess over production gear protest.

Some traits I notice in anti AI voices within filmmaking: They confuse tools with talent. They romanticise process more than storytelling. They defend tradition, but forget cinema itself was once technology. They fear automation, but ignore how every era replaced old workflows. They believe AI removes human emotion, while audiences still connect through ideas, direction, rhythm, and meaning. They focus heavily on how something was made instead of what it made people feel. They underestimate how fast independent creators can now compete with studios. They see AI as the death of cinema, not the evolution of visual language. They dismiss experimentation too early, the same way digital filmmaking was once dismissed.

@Rahll @JSFILMZ0412 @Husky_321 he used continuity when the word he actually wants is 'continuous.' the meaning of words evolves over time (just like film grammar) so perhaps it will change Biggest problem with this oner shot is he didn't upscale the transition frame and lost a ton of quality in the 2nd clip

@WriterMcG you are right and wrong. director/editor/storyteller is king. traditional film grammar still matters, for now.

Never ever get into on-line arguments over the relevance of "screenwriting" or "directing" or "producing" or "composing" when it comes to motion pictures. THEY ARE ALL ANTIQUATED PROFESSIONAL MONETIZED LANES THAT COLLAPSED IN GEN AI. Arguing about these old solo skills pretends they still matter to YOU. They do not matter as single craft lanes anymore and pretending otherwise will just make you into a walking artifact of the past, very soon. YOU ARE THE LANE AND THE INSTRUMENT NOW. What truly matters is that you can and should ignore all of the whines from the replaced and forgotten and keep going telling the stories you want, HOW you want, when you want, while knowing that AUDIENCES prefer many different venues and story experiences and have no hard on for polish and perfection and a perceived heavy lift to get the thing made. There is just as many ways to meet an audience as there are ways to engage in storytelling. It's a new reality. You in it or pretending you're immune?

Spencer Pratt, SAVE LA? Dude is trying to save his own personal brand for a “Mayor” reality show he already agreed to film, even though he hasn’t won anything. Now there’s a mystery campaign van cruising LA while voters are supposed to believe the trailer park storyline, even though he’s living at the Bel-Air Hotel. This city is not a reality show.

@UnsocialB86776 @chrisgpt so far it doesn't. my first run with supercomputer is it works for storyboarding and image generation but the video gens themselves were poorly directed and underwhelming. it was also extremely expensive to use.

@chrisgpt End-to-end AI video pipelines are going to reshape content creation entirely. The question is whether quality scales with automation. Intrigued to try it.

so it turns out i was right. higgsfield launched super computer, and it lowkey just replaced a lot of YouTube AI startups It owns the entire pipeline from prompt, research, script, voiceover video editing, thumbnails literally everything. best use case i’ve found: cinematic trailers. you hand it a concept, it routes the shot list across seedance, veo, kling, soul, nano banana, stitches the montage, locks identity across cuts. finished asset in one task. 12 skills at launch, runs in the cloud so it keeps generating after you close the tab. literally like codex but for videos
Higgsfield AI 🧩@higgsfield

Supercomputer turns ideas into short dramas at scale. > Does the preliminary research > Writes a script grounded in proven craft > Storyboards with character locks > Generates scenes autonomously. Self-evaluates quality Your vision matters most. Supercomputer does the rest.

AI video is getting out of hand.. Pippit just added Seedance 2.0 and creators going crazy creative with it. People are building full short dramas, AI comic-style series, and faceless story channels. Here’s how it works:
