I am feeling so kicked down and broken right now… I have a rare genetic kidney disease called Gitlemens Syndrome that affects every aspect of my body…depression, fatigue, weakness of muscles, insane cravings for sodium (which over the years has worn down my teeth), painful muscle spasms, heart arrhythmia I have PCOS which makes literal ulcers on my overies, acne, extreme pain, ect ect Found out from the doctor I have issues with my spine and that’s why I’ve had insane pain in my neck in shoulders the last 15 years and it’s gotten so bad i can’t have full workouts anymore or get more than 5 hours of sleep Chronic migraines… I’ve been going non stop to different doctors the last year trying to finally fix all my shit and I just keep learning I have more and more issues and I feel so defeated in broken and hopeless right now..
