all buyers beware of new @grabph policy regarding a refusal to refund when the store fails to provide the correct order. seems basic for a delivery service right? We have grab VIP “priority support” and they refuse to help us…

If it was me being accused of wronging someone, I would take it seriously in a timely manner rather than waiting 4 days for a response.

@TSol04 Yep, I was trading options and conveniently ended up getting to the breakeven point on my options to not be able to sell them unless I sell for an unknown price 1 contract at a time, and then when w/ support my 1m connect time has been 2 sessions of 40min & 20 min of waiting
