@grabph I had another order from the same day that had a serious problem for a much larger amount, but they’ve been looking into it for the last 4 days (last reply was 2 days ago at 12pm) Ticket #CAS-100059102193. refund wasn’t denied or anything it’s just there hasn’t been action yet
