I’m really struggling with anxiety at the minute, which is making life hard. But today I not only left the house, I took part in a 10k run, and I’m super proud of myself! 😊

Such sad news, but absolutely a life well lived for the benefit of so many others.

Today’s been a really bad mental health day. Lots of anxiety, dark thoughts, and tears… BUT I’ve made it out the house for a walk, so that feels like a win!! 😊

Being honest, I’m still in a very bad way mentally, and I’ll be under the crisis team for a while, but I’m glad to be going home 😊

Some good news… after having a mental health assessment, I’ve been allowed to go home! 😊

This feels very hard to write, but earlier I tried to end my life. I’m currently in hospital, awaiting assessment, not sure what the future holds. If anyone has any pet pics (or other cute pics), I’d really appreciate the distraction ❤️
