@Babygravy9 Running as a form of exercise is often treated and viewed like a punishment. It is often done in unpleasant places on unpleasant terrain.
I do not run laps or miles anymore.
I do enjoy hill sprints immensely.

I can never understand people who refuse to run because they say it hurts their “gains.” Running is one of the greatest pleasures in life—a true thrill—and the quickest way to remind yourself you blood in your veins and a heart to pump it fast. I’m running right now as I type.

In the early 90's I was the camera operator on a TV Series called #ForeverKnight . A cult vampire show that played in syndication. The producer Jim Parriot was bold enough to take a chance on me and gave me my first directing job, I was 35 yrs old. It launched my 30 plus year career as a director.
