@biscwuits + di lang rin naman sa PH yan, may ongoing jokes rin sa US nurses na madalas ng nursing sa kanila ay HS bullies. Diff ng US nurse & PH nurse ay yung HS bullies ng US di willing maglinis after their px bc of their entitlement, pero ofc PH nurses are willing to do the dirty work

@chellesalvadorx @silentmode929 @ikevinmendoza She's not a kahera. That's an Rph. Mag-isa lang sa shift doing all the verifications and pati cashier stuff napunta na rin sa kanya. She's 1 Rph vs 10 orders. May iba pang prescriptions na lagpas 10 ang nakareseta. Watsons 1 transaction at a time lang, + onti lang naman bumibili

@matty_unhealed @silentmode929 @ikevinmendoza I understand your point. However, the problem is their queueing system. Nagba-bottleneck kasi because iisa lang ang cashier. Hindi naman issue ang double checking of the meds, the problem is MD insists on upgrading their system..

Yung Mercury Drug, hindi maganda ang sistema nila kapag bumibili ng gamot. People are always in a very, very long queue. Naaawa ako minsan sa mga PWD at senior citizens. 1/3

@chellesalvadorx @silentmode929 @ikevinmendoza Mercury naman kasi gold standard ng botika sa PH kaya sila mas strict sa procedures at mas minamataan ng FDA when it comes to discount and purchase records, and if icocompare mo, sobrang dami ng customer compared sa mercury. 1 PA takes 4 orders max pag peak hours, esp pag payday

Watsons does not require PWD Booklet. ID lang, sobrang bilis.
Mercury Drug requires PWD Booklet. Sabay sabay iniipon ng staff ang orders, mapa special or regular lane.

@natashasfanny @ikevinmendoza Kasi nga may extra steps to get senior discount (na nirerequire ng FDA and govt btw). Hindi lang sainyo hassle yan, pati rin sa PA in charge kasi sovrang matrabaho ng senior discounts

@RCX6969 @ikevinmendoza Kasi your prescription is subjected to senior discount. Andaming requirements to get a discount, need rin iverify ang license number ng doctor, and icheck yung reseta since polypharmacy mostly ang pescriptions ng matatanda. It's not the same w regular transactions

@ikevinmendoza Mas matagal pa nga ang pila ng senior. One time, sa sobrang tagal, kumuha ako ng bagong number sa regular queue at nauna pa nga yun matawag. Nung nalaman na senior ung transaction aba hindi ako inentertain at sa senior daw dapat. Kainis.

@avf1985 @ikevinmendoza Yung 'main cashier' ay yung pharmacist. Yung screen sa harap ay for taking orders ONLY, not for cashing in your transactions kasi need pa iverify ng pharmacist if tama yung nakuha ng PA na gamot, and if may drug interactions pa na nakareseta. 10 baskets vs 1 pharmacist yan

@ikevinmendoza Totoo naman... iisa lang cashier nila.. daming counters for pharmacists kahit nagbayad kana using Debit/CC ipipila pa ulit sa main cashier at nagpapile up dun... I still love Mercury tatlo ang maintenance ko na discounted lahat sa kanila kaya tiis sa pila kahit mahaba😂

Iba ang procedure ng pagorder kapag under senior disc ka. Gets nmn ng senior na yun. Nagcacatch up pa nga ang mga tanders minsan sa upuan. It ain't that deep for them

@silentmode929 @ikevinmendoza Okay lang naman i-double check for safety, kaya lang kasi iniipon nila yung order. Kawawa naman mga seniors at PWD na nauna. Sabay sabay lang din pala ididistribute ang orders sa PWD lane at regular lane

@chellesalvadorx @ikevinmendoza She's not a kahera btw. She's probably the only licensed pharmacist na nakaduty tasked na icheck lahat ng gamot na kinuha ng PA (with minimum drug knowledge) and kung fake ba yung reseta and kung may mali ba sa nireseta
