It’s #mothersday here in the UK and we are sending love to all Mums 🌺 It’s often Mums that keep the family running smoothly and they deserve to be loved and appreciated 🌺 We are sharing a Throwback video this morning, to when Baby Dog and I became Surrogate Mums to 3 tiny kittens! It turned our world upside down, but we knew we had to look after them to the best of our ability - and we did ❤️

Chums! Baby Dog here. Serious news! I seem to have lost the ability to remove Ron from the Favourite Sofa Spot. I used to be able to push him off, but he has somehow learned to CLING and now he can’t be moved! He has a totally unfair advantage with those claws of his. Doesn’t he realise it’s my birthday tomorrow? I should have priority!

Gracie & I wore more than 300 names on our tutus as we ran the Chicago marathon & it was truly an honour to carry them with us ❤️ This girl smashed her 1st marathon (despite a longest run of 10 miles!) with grit & determination- I couldn’t be more proud and Laura would be too 🌈

*Important information* - The more you comment on good stuff, the more you'll see good stuff on your feed! 😀 Following on from my pinned tweet, it has proved what I thought was the case, that the algorithm now favours comments above all other interactions. Over 4000 of you kindly commented on the post, and this immediately made it more visible to others. 🙏😊 It has also made my photos start to turn up in the feeds of the people who commented, many of you saying that you hadn't seen any of my photos for a long time, despite following me! Ask yourself, why is your timeline full of stuff you don't want to see, or stuff that annoys you etc? The answer is because you probably reply to those type of posts! For example, you see a political opinion that you totally oppose... it's natural to feel the need to comment your counter-argument. The algorithm cannot differentiate between negative comments and positive comments, it just knows you commented on that post... so it'll start showing you similar posts! The more you comment, the more of these posts will appear on your timeline, and the quicker it will feel toxic. 😔 Now let me tell you about my timeline... I favour Lists, they're awesome, no algorithms at all, no ads... just the tweets of the people that you add to the List... just like the old Twitter timeline from years ago that we all loved! 😍 However, when I do use the 'For You' feed, do you know what I see? .. Birds! 🐦 Animals! 🦊 Butterflies! 🦋 Sunsets 🌞 This is because I tend to mostly reply to that type of content only! 😍 So if you want to have a more relaxing, more beautiful and more positive timeline, please comment regularly on your favourite accounts, not just liking & reposting. I also suspect 'bookmarks' are held in high regard by the algorithm too, so if you can do all 4 interactions you're unlikely to miss much from those accounts again. 🙏😀 This helps you to have a happier, mood-enhancing experience on Twitter, and it also helps creators such as myself to get their work seen more often, by more people. ❤️ Thank you for reading! 🤗

Friends! SHENANIGANS!!! Mum usually gets up very early and spends the first two hours of the day preparing the day’s post and answering messages. On this #Caturday however, everything has gone HAYWIRE. She was woken up to sounds of CHAOS - cats scampering up and down the stairs. The Kittens sleep in their crate so she didn’t think it could be them. She came downstairs to find myself and Ralphy causing the ruckus. She knows the signs… it must be A MOUSE 🐭 The Teenage One had been out late performing in a show, and when she had come in, Ralphy had slipped in with her, obviously bringing a live Mouse in with him. The trouble was that Mum rushed downstairs, forgetting to put her glasses on. She wanted to put Ralphy out, but had a panic that it might be Percy - without her glasses she couldn’t tell the difference! Back upstairs to retrieve glasses and wake up Dad for help. Back downstairs to find the Mouse sitting up in one of the Little One’s shoes, bold as brass, with Ralphy staring at him. Mum picked up the shoe, carried it outside, and released the Mouse. Dad, who had achieved very little, apart from a mumbled grunt about ‘living in a madhouse’, went back to bed. He’s right… we do live in a Madhouse… would you have it any other way? (ps Baby Dog slept through the whole thing) 😺 #catsofX

Friends! Prepare to be SHOCKED!! Our lovely friend Sam @SamDaffodilReed sent us all an Easter Egg, which Mum let us open yesterday. It turned into something resembling a Drunken Party!
