Labour will add 20% VAT to private school fees within first year of power. Labour’s desire to punish independent schools is an attack on aspiration and economically illiterate. Independent schools save taxpayers £4.4 billion every year.

@RoyalMailHelp I sent you a DM on saturday and yesterday and still haven't received a response. You should really look into the service you are providing your customers.

@RoyalMailHelp is there a problem with delivering to Kingston? I have one item that’s been sat at jubilee Mc since last Tuesday (on a 48hr tracked) another item that was posted and tracked on 18th September and neither of them have arrived? It’s such poor service & so frustrating

Hi @RoyalMail @RoyalMailHelp May I ask why your staff are not doing their job? I sent out something for 1st class signed delivery and the recipient has told me they are being charged £3.50 due to unpaid postage - how can that even be possible if it clearly states ACCEPTED!?

Dear @RoyalMailHelp a customer has just sent me this of their order arriving opened and empty! Clearly it has been opened and item stolen. Only thing inside is the packing receipt. Do I use the same online compensation form as lost or damaged items?
