@PureGym please do a locker I section at your Snow Hill branch..hardly anyone in here but most of the lockers are padlocked up by people who just keep things in there 24/7 when they’re not here. Frustrating when you’re trying to get a locker while you’re actually working out!
@EvriUK_Official I have a parcel missing. The tracking number is saying it’s from 3 months ago (it isn’t). Tried the chat bot and calling you, all saying the tracking number you gave me is incorrect. Help please!

Good evening Tilly, please be assured that all 16 trams are currently in service and we are deploying an additional tram to support peak service. We understand the challenges that busy services can present and we encourage customers who feel uncomfortable or unsafe due to crowding to wait for the next available tram.

@WMmetro I appreciate they are coming now but having yet another tram out of service has caused passengers shouting at each other when we’re crammed like sardines. It does not feel safe and the poor inspector won’t be able to get through the tram to take people’s fayres
@TalulahCheese Good evening Tilly, I can assure you that trams are coming back from Birmingham. Tram 25 have had some issues with the doors which have caused some delays and we have also had some delays across the system due to traffic on road sections of the system.
@nxwestmidlands Why is your #11 bus route SO unreliable. I catch it a handful of times and it’s always late or buses are missed. I feel sorry for the poor customers who catch it every day.
@WMmetro Your driver in tram 25 just drove off as I literally got to the door, even though I ran past his window, as advised by your conductors. Not good customer service!!
