I'm reading a book about how to build habit forming products And it speaks about how to get your product into customers habit come You need two things: - frequency - perceived utility Notice that no products with zero frequency, even if they have significant perceived utility, get into the habit zone It's because to form a habit, behaviours need to occur frequently enough Otherwise conscious actions - or old habits - remain and new habits do not get a chance to form However, even a behaviour that provides no benefit but performed with high frequency can enter into the habit zone Interesting food for thought for this year when I build and launch new tools
