@SF_England Hello, I sent it via post yes. I originally sent a birth certificate photocopy on the 4th September but it got returned to me on the 18th as it wasn’t substantial. I sent my original birth certificate on the 18th. I don’t think it was sent with a tracking number. Thanks

@SF_England Hi, how come other people get an expected update date but I’ve just been told I’ve got to wait 4-6 weeks. Some peoples look like the first picture, whereas mine looks like the second and third. I sent my birth certificate on the 18th September. What should I expect?

@maxiwp2 Thanks for confirming. Once we get it, it's 26 working days for processing. Once the applications approved, we'd need your uni to confirm your Registration to release the payment which can take an additional 3 working days. Thanks, Ross

@maxiwp2 Thanks. Just for future reference, you can upload a copy of your birth certificate online. It's around 25 working days to process ID. Once the ID is processed the application is then passed over to the team to calculate your entitlement, and you can view the timescales for 1/2
