@IndiGo6E On 23 Jan 2026, I was denied boarding for the Mumbai–Krabi flight AFTER immigration clearance despite having a valid boarding pass. This was a connecting journey from Indore–Mumbai–Krabi.

Immigration had already cleared my passport. I was not stopped at Indore. So why was I stopped at the gate? This is clearly an airline and staff failure, not a passenger fault.

@IndiGo6E How other flight allowed ? Why you booked the flight because this data i provided during booking . Why your Indore person issued me Boarding pass, didn't he knew the policy ? Why Immegration said there is no such rule, change the flight. I followed and no issue.

I’ve escalated this officially via email. If this isn’t resolved, I’ll proceed with DGCA, Consumer Court & public disclosure. Passengers shouldn’t pay for staff incompetence.
