But even outside of london, there are loads of places that I can think of where it would be faster or similar timing on trains compared to driving. Just think some Americans are in denial of why driving = faster.

@GirthPound He thinks it's crazy that driving a car is faster than the train by a lot. Dropping someone off at a station and having him walk the rest of the way is going to be inefficient, no matter how "walkable" your city is.

@floistinyflower Your body is in starvation mode. If you're eating severely under your basal metabolic rate (the amount of cals your body needs to survive), your body goes into survival mode and holds on to as much fat as possible. So it's actually counter productive to restrict too much
