@Headteacherchat I did this last year and gave my team some wellbeing activities and a goody bag to take away with them. e.g. handouts with breathing techniques and information about sleep, along with other ways to manage stress. They were very grateful and were refreshed on return the next week.

Anon post: Is it ok to use half of an INSET day as a well-being afternoon? I was thinking start at 8:30 - 12 then have the afternoon as a well-being afternoon they could choose how to spend it?
