Today 25 Mar 2026 at 2 PM, Reliance Smart Bazaar Mathura City (Masani Road) – Only 2 out of 10 billing counters were open. Long queue, staff had no answers. Left all items without billing. Video attached showing empty counters.
Please fix this urgently!
