I voted for President Trump three times, and I’d gladly do so again. That said, I have a sincere, question about something I’m genuinely trying to understand. If the U.S. is energy independent, why are gas prices spiking again? They are getting close to the highs we saw under Biden? I know tensions with Iran are playing a role right now, but I thought energy independence was supposed to shield us from these kinds of swings. Can someone explain what’s driving this? I’m not here to criticize Trump, just looking for a clear explanation. Thanks.

The irony of MTG talking about "struggling Americans" after she sat in D.C. just long enough to secure her pension is peak theater. The U.S. government has to refund $166 billion in tariffs, PLUS interests. Trump said he would be paying Americans checks from tariffs and eventually even replace the income tax. So now not only are you not getting DOGE checks after he cancelled DOGE, you’re not getting tariff checks and paying the interests back on tariffs collected. And you are also paying $2 billion a day for Trump and Netanyahu’s war in Iran. And you are paying on avg $4 per gallon gas and inflation is rising again. The lack of humility and understanding the struggle of regular Americans is astounding to me. Trump and his lackeys demand loyalty and name call and bully yet Americans struggle more and more.

The Bible is much more than just something practical, its first and foremost a medium from which you get to know the eternal, unchanging God. So relevance wise, if the Bible is true, every single page will always remain relevant.
