Potatoes are one of the absolute best sources of potassium (better than bananas and avocados)
They're also one of the most satiating foods; according to the satiety index they are approximately 2.5 times the feeling of fullness compared to rice and pasta
Here's how I make simple roasted potatoes:
-Preheat oven to 450
-Slice potatoes into bite sized pieces
-Add to bowl & toss with oil, salt, pepper & seasonings of your choice (I like garlic powder & rosemary, or garlic powder, paprika & parsley)
-Roast for 30 minutes, flipping half way
Serve with a nice protein and enjoy🥂

You can spend $30,000 on home remediation and still test positive for mold mycotoxins 8 months later.
Most people detox while still living in the poison.
But even if you remove the source, the mycotoxins don't leave when you do.

• Taurine, 1-2g (bile flow)
• Regular bowel movements (add magnesium/fiber if needed)
You need all three steps for successful eradication.
Most people try phase 3 while skipping phases 1 and 2.

Rules of thumb:

One thing that really stood out for me when watching the DC Blockchain summit was the mentioning of the 2008 Financial crisis and how it could've be prevented.
This is also something @SergeyNazarov often says. If we would've had the technology of today in 2008, the Financial crisis would have been much smaller.
On stage at the DC Blockchain summit, World Liberty’s @ZachWitkoff said their USD1 stablecoin uses @chainlink to provide live, onchain verification of reserves, not monthly attestations, not delayed audits, but real-time transparency into exactly how much backing exists.
As blockchain technology gets more adopted, proof of reserves will eventually become mandatory.
