I have been working in public hospitals for a long time now. I remember some years back,Surah Rahman was recited in every ward after Fajar prayers. There used to be pin drop silence, and only the verses glorifying the miracles and creations of Almighty were heard. But as time passed, this practice stopped. And today's the time of the most humiliation and disgrace. There's no silence every during Azaan but only 'Agar ap se koi bahar se dawai lanay k lye kahay ya ap se pese mangay to 1033 per fori rabta karain" echoing every nook and corner.

@BiyaAli9 @DrShujaPakistan If chance is that patient'll die in a month they will refer to his gp. Everyone has a registered gp and gp will refer to specialists. It's not ideal. Online doctors from health insurance are also available on a call and can give prescription on email. Not ideal but working (2/2)

@BiyaAli9 @DrShujaPakistan In Germany too, everyone goes to hospital emergency when clinics are closed usually on sat & sun. Anyone else, goes to er, they just make sure within a few mins if this patient would die in next 48 hours if left unattended. They will quickly check vitals and ask symptoms (1/2)
