One of our most frequent requests is Bamboo removal. It’s a pain in the ass to get rid of and nobody else will do it. You can dig it out and install metal plates but that’s very expensive. We’ve been testing another method with success, but… one hiccup and you’re back to square one. We clear it with the mulcher, hit into the soil as much as we can, and subcontract a multi step spray treatment. If you miss a treatment by a week, it looks like this again and the mulcher has to come back out. Might just throw in the towel on bamboo entirely and the city will be back to 0 people who will try.

I see these neighborhoods being built in Texas and I’m trying to figure out who in their right mind would buy a mansion with zero lot lines. Like, you could do a handshake through your kitchen window. Insane! Please make it make sense.

@PerrySolem If it were half the size it would be worth more. Cost almost as much to remodel than to build. The land and course will rebound and people will wish they had picked up some deals.

This is the biggest government scandal of my lifetime, and the legacy media refuses to cover it. The FDA knew that COVID injections were causing severe adverse events, including sudden cardiac death, pulmonary infarction, and Bell’s palsy. Americans had the Right to Know, and those affected deserve justice.

People need to listen to this word for word Tulsi Gabbard, our Director of National Intelligence, is telling us our own intelligence community said MULTIPLE TIMES Russia COULDN’T hack our elections 🚨 Then Barack Obama OVERRODE them, pulled their findings, and fabricated his own “We had a situation here where in the, in the months leading up to the 2016 election, the intelligence community assessed, and this is what the documents detail, the intelligence community assessed essentially, Russia doesn't have the tools, the capability or the intent to try to change the outcome of the US Presidential election. Donald Trump pulls off a historic victory against Hillary Clinton in November of 2016. Even in the days after that election, the intelligence community continued their consistent assessment that reflected the same thing in the months leading up to the election. All of a sudden, in the early days of December, there was a President's daily brief that was drafted. This is put together by the different elements of the intelligence community that reflected that same assessment. Russia did not try to hack the election. In essence, that pdb, that document was pulled hours before it was supposed to be published for the president to see that following morning. That document was never published until we released it yesterday. One day later, President Obama calls a meeting of his National Security Council, his top officials, to be held on what they called a sensitive topic. And the results of that meeting, which we released yesterday, and these over 100 documents that talk about in detail how President Obama and his team, he directed a manufactured piece of intelligence that detailed not if, but how Russia tried to influence the outcome” Let me remind everyone, Tulsi Gabbard recommended Barack Obama to the DOJ for criminal prosecution 10 months ago The charges she recommended were for Treasonous Conspiracy, Manufacturing and Politicizing Intelligence and Withholding and Leaking Classified Information Tulsi Gabbard provided proof the DOJ with proof that Barack Obama orchestrated the Russia Collusion hoax and worked with the CIA to manufacture fake evidence Where is the indictment? Trump got a legal loan and got indicted. They almost threw him in prison for multiple lifetimes Barack Obama committed literal treason, documented treason, and nothing

Matthew McConaughey straight up defended ego on Theo Von's podcast and honestly kinda blew my mind. He said ego gets trashed too much. There's the toxic "look at me" version, sure. But the real one? That inner "I" where you know you're prepared, capable, and willing to go for it. The confidence that comes from judging yourself harder than anyone else. Without that, you got no real identity or direction. This hit me. I spent years thinking killing the ego was the move. Now I'm rethinking it. That healthy drive feels necessary. We've gone from arrogant show-offs to everyone acting fake-humble. A balanced ego might be what actually keeps you grounded and moving forward. Do you see ego as mostly toxic, or can the healthy version actually push you to be better?

Shaq reveals he tracked down his biological father who abandoned him and found out he lived 40 blocks away the whole time "My mother said you should connect with your biological father. I called my uncle who's a cop. He said, 'You ain't gonna believe this, you know that restaurant we eat at all the time? He lives in that building'" "There was always a chef there who'd start crying when he saw me. He said, 'I'm Joe's best friend. I just hope one day you come down here and y'all can eat'" "He's 40 blocks away. I went to meet him. He said sorry. I said, you don't need to say sorry, everybody has their problems"

$RDW: Redwire Delivers Lunar Robotic Manipulator Prototype to European Space Agency Redwire, in collaboration with Added Value Solutions and with support from the European Space Agency (ESA), has successfully developed, tested, and delivered its prototype of a lunar robotic arm: the Manipulator for Argonaut Payload Needs and Unloading Support (MANUS). The project is being led by Redwire’s Luxembourg team, which recently completed several project milestones including preliminary design and performance assessment. MANUS is designed to support the loading and unloading of equipment and cargo from ESA’s Argonaut lander, which will enable Europe to deliver 1,500–1,800 kg of cargo, infrastructure, and scientific instruments to the lunar surface. The manipulator could facilitate loading and offloading to a rover, directly onto the lunar surface, or to an astronaut. MANUS could also function as a connector for rovers to transfer power and charge batteries, as well as a tool to scoop lunar regolith. The Argonaut program aims to establish an enduring European presence on the Moon and ensure that Europe remains a leading participant in global space exploration.

Loading massively on $RDW at $5 six months ago may end up being one of the best investments I’ve made in the space sector, alongside doing the same with $RKLB below back in 2024. In hindsight, these decisions always look obvious. In real time, they’re anything but. You’re often sitting alone with your research while the stock is getting hammered, sentiment is negative, and the FUD is relentless. Conviction only matters when it’s tested. The proof is all over my timeline. Patience pays. Now we ride 🫡

$RDW Slowly, then all at once. That dip under 5$ last month was juicier than people realized.

The SpaceX IPO is going to print generational WEALTH. However it’s not by investing in $SPCX. It’s by investing in space companies. Here are the 5 companies I’m watching:
