A strong & swift response by the PSNI is vital & this is welcome progress. However, it is deeply alarming that the Alliance Party are proposing to raise the age of criminal responsibility to 14, which would have prevented PSNI taking action in respect of this 13 year old suspect.

Update: Four teenagers have now been charged to court in relation to the incident in Bangor. A 13-year-old boy has been charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm, affray and causing unnecessary suffering to an animal. A 15-year-old boy has been charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm, affray and causing unnecessary suffering to an animal. Out in Belfast this even with lawless tribes of immigrants causing vandalism, harassing couples, fighting, shouting abuse at people and just being cunts. Not as bad as Dublin but not a safe place anymore for the local population.
Being completely honest Belfast was a safer place during the troubles and it's only a matter of time before there's another rebellion here with different where old enemies have a common purpose
