@refsupportuk If the ref has booked him they can't do anything about it can they? Genuine question

The FA cannot let him get away with that. This will be a missed opportunity if they don’t take action against Arsenal and Martinelli. There has been too many incidents in football where refs are pushed or shoved and football cannot let it escalate any more. I would have loved to see the ref send him off.

Someone needs to sort Martinelli out…

Wembley DJ now playing "Things can only get better". D-Ream on. Rising sun and a sinking feeling: Japan beat a disappointing England 1-0. Seven thoughts on the whistle from Wembley… Harry 1. Wrap Kane in cotton wool. Hope he enjoys a prolific, niggle-free end of season at Bayern. England lack leadership, focus and goals without their captain and record scorer. England also missed Rice and Saka. Harry 2. Believe in Maguire. How on earth is Maguire sixth choice centre-back, according to Tuchel? Brings authority, passing from the back and a threat at corners (and pens). Header cleared off line by Sugawara. Must go to the World Cup. Play with more width, more freedom. Get the wingers to take on their full-backs, not cut inside all the time. England painfully narrow for an hour. Rashford and Bowen brought some width. Some. Express yourself. Believe in Bellingham. Injured but let’s dispel the doubts: he has to start at 10. Bellingham would have taken responsibility, imposing himself. He’s world class. If England are to progress far at the World Cup, they'll need their best players. And Bellingham is one. No more Ben White. Decent player but a divisive figure amongst England fans. Booed on, booed off. England’s hard core crowd in the Block 109 particularly vocal. England have enough alternatives at right-back (even with Tuchel’s damaging snubbing of Alexander-Arnold). Perspective. England swept through an easy qualifying campaign. But up against decent teams, Senegal (ranked 19th at the time), Uruguay (17th) and Japan (19th) they struggled. LDL. You cannot lose possession cheaply. And this was 13C, not the 23C+ across the pond. Japan looked a real team, well-organised. England didn't. Positive. Don’t panic. England lost 1-0 at Wembley (to Iceland) in their warm-up before Euro 2024 - and reached the final. #ENG

5/11/2011 - Starts vs Norwich 11/11/2011 - Fabio Capello announces “Gabby” will leave the England camp due to a HAMSTRING injury 21/11/2011 - 6 days later you magically start vs Spurs and lose. Do you deny these facts? If you have any shred of self respect, explain yourself.

✅ "I'd bring in a new rule..." ⛔️ "You miss the next league game if you pull out of international duty!" 😡 "It's a mockery for so many players to pull out!" Gabby says the #AFC stars who withdrew from international duty should be banned for the Gunners' next league game! ❌

Ben White owes England fans an explanation for what happened in Qatar and in the years after. It’s been radio silence from him. Therefore no surprise that he got booed at every turn last night. If he wants back in, then he owes an explanation

@FootballFunnys No shit pages like this are fuelling a narrative that Arsenal are doing something wrong whilst you deliberately ignore all the other players doing the same

England fans are feeling frustrated with Rice and Saka, who have exited the England squad to head back to Arsenal and will now miss the team's next match...

Sometimes you know it's your season. It was ours last year and it's Arsenal's this year. We experienced it last season, so there's no point being bitter. Over the 38 games, they've been the best team in the country, and us and City have been well off it. Fair play.

@alexgildeatrott I think the worst part is that he and arsenal are the only clubs that do it...they need locking up as every other team is perfect and saints!!!

@robbietaylor_86 @tkteakster The whole narrative of knowing more by being st a game is such bollocks. At home there is the privilege of replays and analysis from different views opposed to just from your seat. Gatekeeping wankers are the worst.

Max Dowman was crap by the way. Mykolenko pocketed him at every opportunity. Then Pickford missed a cross, and he scored a goal with no keeper and he’s now the new coming of Messi. Honestly.

Max Dowman coming on at the age of 16 to turn a potentially miserable evening for Arsenal into a massive 3 points is pretty mad on all levels. He changed that completely off the bench. Outrageous talent.

🚨🎙️ Igor Tudor with a BRUTALLY HONEST overview of the situation at #thfc! 😳 “The bottle is always either half-empty or half-full. Here, there is nothing full. There are a lot of empty things. “Some of them [players] cannot manage! “All these things about Tottenham as a club, magic on the club... black magic and all this other bullsh*t! “I’ve never seen this situation in my career!” @HaytersTV

I don’t want to hear any more noise about Gabriel/Kolo Muani. Archie Gray should have been sent off for booting the ball into the Arsenal fans. Referee bottled it. Red every day of the week for something like that with supporters. Every time.
