Ben White's MCL injury is a hammerblow to both him and the team. From playing against Newcastle with a grade two hamstring injury in 2022 to what he has done in this run in, he repeatedly put his body on the line for #Arsenal, and he has delivered years of consistency Cult hero.

We have won today but Mikel Arteta should stop complicating things just as his former boss Pep Guardiola. Today we won because luck was on our side and nothing more. We started the game very well and we were dominant till that injury to Ben White which Saw our coach complicate everything and later correct it. He made unnecessary substitutions making some players look bad in our eyes but he is to blame. In fact this game we have won because of the desire from players to win and the commitment but not his tactics because I can't explain what we played today. The good thing is we have won the game. I hope going forward he makes the right decisions because that's what makes managers to be considered the best. Mikel when working under Pep Guardiola had a good game reading and in such situations I could see Pep consulting from him before making the decisions. I don't know what changed that of late he has been getting his substitutions wrong 🤔

@afcstuff The concerning thing here is that if Calafiori wasn’t injured then arteta would have continued with Rice at right back and Zubimendi in midfield. It wasn’t a tactical decision by arteta it was a forced decision through injury

I think fans are being too hard on Martin Zubimendi. I understand the frustration but today I think the mistake was for Mikel Arteta who made a wrong substitution and when he wanted to correct his mistake he had to sacrifice Martin Zubimendi. It's not that he was playing very badly but I think it was a tactical decision to take him off. Today I can't say he had a bad game but it's just that Mikel Arteta wanted to have many attacking players taking him off as he couldn't take Declan Rice off. A time reached and I was thinking who is Mikel Arteta going to take off to bring in Martin Odergaard and Kai Harvetz as I didn't want to see Viktor Gyokeres taken off and you could clearly see Martin Zubimendi had to be in the Players to be taken off. Let's stop being so hard on him because he has rescued us in some games though he has cost us in other games but we should also put in mind it shis first season with us and in the EPL. He came in to replace one of the best midfielders in the EPL Thomas Partey and considering what he has done in his first season I think needs to be applauded. Mikel Arteta is to be blamed for not resting him and over used him.
