What I’d say to you is, I’ve served as CEO in over 400 countries. I would wake up at 3am in New York as CEO and catch a flight to London where I would be a CEO there too. It doesn’t really matter if some think it’s a gotcha moment, NZers just want to hear I was a CEO

Who the fuck do TPU think they are? Its a shitty little Atlas Corporate mouthpiece with a deceptive name that pretends to represent kiwis. Media are complicit by giving them legitimacy. Im so sick of these malicious cunts being given a voice by lazy journalists.

𝐌𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐇𝐨𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐬 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭: 𝐇𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐑𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐰𝐚𝐲 The Taxpayers’ Union is backing Mike Hosking’s criticism of the Human Rights Commission (HRC) after it opposed the Government’s proposed changes to Treaty clauses across 19 pieces of legislation. Taxpayers’ Union Executive Director, Jordan Williams, said: “Mike Hosking is right. The Human Rights Commission has lost its way. Instead of defending the equal rights of all Kiwis, it too often strays into political advocacy and ideological agendas.” "Human rights are to be equally applied to every New Zealander. When the Commission starts campaigning to preserve race-based distinctions in legislation, it invites legitimate questions about whether it is fulfilling its statutory role.” “The Commission predictably produces ideological submissions that the Government is free to ignore, while taxpayers are forced to pick up the bill. The role of the Treaty is a constitutional question, not a human rights one. Once again the HRC shows that it cannot remain politically neutral; taxpayers are entitled to ask why they should keep funding it.” iheart.com/podcast/211-th… rnz.co.nz/news/te-ao-mao…

Sell nothing, earn nothing, change nothing. The bill still turns up. Nearly every tax you have ever paid came from something happening. You earned money, so you paid tax. You spent money, so you paid tax. You sold something, so you paid tax. Something moved, and the taxman took a cut. What Labour's mates want is different. Nothing has to happen; you just have to own things. Add up what you own, and if that number is big enough, a bill turns up every single year. You could have had the worst year of your life, and the bill still comes. They will tell you not to worry, because they have drawn a line, and you are safely underneath it. So watch where that line has been. In 2023 both the Greens and Te Pāti Māori campaigned on it sitting at $2 million. It was still $2 million in Chloe Swarbrick’s alternative Budget last year. Now, months out from an election, the Greens have shifted theirs, and Te Pāti Māori are still keeping theirs secret. But here is the part that should really stop you cold. They never have to touch it again. They can leave the line exactly where it is and simply wait. Your land value goes up, the value of your shed goes up, your farm value goes up, and the value of your shop goes up. The line sits perfectly still, and one morning you look up and find you are standing on the wrong side of it. You spent your whole life being careful with your money, and now that same carefulness gets you an annual bill. And think about who could end up caught. Not just some bloke with millions sitting in the bank, but a farm that has been in the same family for three generations, a small business with the building on the books, and a sparky who owns his yard, his vans, a shed full of gear, and one rental unit he bought to see himself through retirement. Remember too, you were already taxed on that money once. You earned it, they took a cut, and you saved what was left instead of spending it. Now the saving itself is the offence. Do not let anyone tell you this could never happen, because Labour needs them to govern. They also need the money to fill their $18 billion funding gap. That is the real choice this November. National believes what you have built is yours. The other side reckons it is a number to be taxed, every year, for as long as you hold on to it. Share this if you reckon what you have built is your own business and nobody else's.

Socialist Aotearoa is pushing a graphic of Winston Peters’ head in a guillotine with the line “Winston Peters gets the chop” for today’s Britomart protest. This is violent political imagery that treats a serving MP as a target for execution. This must be condemned.

It’s now fair to say that Opportunity’s Daniel Eb, Qiulae Wong and the party itself are quickly getting a reputation for actively dodging hard questions. Today, Chris Lynch revealed he’s now been ghosted by TOP — and allegedly by Eb himself — over straightforward questions about the party’s Youth Justice policy. The same pattern shows up with The Platform: happy to front when the coverage is soft, suddenly unavailable the moment it gets real. You can’t campaign on “evidence-based” policy and “no more tribal games” while ghosting every outlet that actually presses you on the details. The Opportunity leaders clearly have zero confidence in their ability to handle anything resembling in-depth questioning that doesn’t stick strictly to their own talking points.

Ceuta is US foreign policy in action when it doesn't get its way. It's punishment of Spain for not bending the knee. How can people not see that?

🚨 THE RETREAT HAS BEGUN 🇪🇸🇲🇦 Over 50,000 breached Ceuta thinking they were stepping into Europe. Within 24 hours, over 37,000 are already walking straight back to Morocco. At a rate of 150 people per minute, thousands are turning around after finding closed shops, no food, and no passage to the mainland. The promises were fake. The reality hit immediately.

Suspicious sequencing to say the least: - US Congress declares the Spanish exclaves Ceuta and Melilla to be Moroccan - Morocco names it's new highway after Trump - a horde of Moroccan immigrants floods into Spain - immediately the global MAGA media machine spins up, gleefully supported by it's Israeli allies, to tear into Spain
Wally Rashid@wallyrashid

Here is the text from the U.S. Congressional Report back in April stating for the first time: “Ceuta and Melilla are located in Moroccan territory and remain the subject of Morroco’s longstanding claim” It calls on Sec. of State Marco Rubio to facilitate that status change.

Thank God @POTUS was elected and our country’s border no longer looks like this. These images out of Spain are an unfortunate reminder of the consequences of mass migration and the radical left-wing globalist policies that have enabled the Invasion of the West. @BillMelugin_: "Just look here, do you see any women or children? I mean most people would call these folks so-called asylum seekers. These are young guys just flooding into the country and overwhelming what if any border there is."

We watched the footage from Ceuta. Here's what actually happened. Ceuta is not Europe. It's a Spanish enclave in North Africa. Colonial leftover. Crossing that fence doesn't get you into the EU. Ceuta isn't Schengen. Spain and Morocco already said everyone gets sent back. There is no invasion. Now the timing. Sánchez went to Algiers on 20 July. First visit in four years. Algeria is Morocco's rival. Ten days later the fence opens. Morocco did this in 2021 too. 8,000 crossed. Spain changed its Western Sahara position within a year. Morocco's closest allies: Washington and Tel Aviv. Spain's relations with both are at rock bottom. Nine people died at a fence. Within hours it was "invaders," "the Moors colonised Spain," "the migrants are the real problem." That's what got built from their deaths.
