Joseph Schwartz was convicted of healthcare fraud. His mom then donated $1 million to Trump. Then Trump pardoned him. Republicans don’t seem to care about fraud if it’s followed by bribes.

New: Trump pardoned nursing home owner Joseph Schwartz just 3 months into his sentence for a $39 million fraud scheme. Meanwhile, families who won multimillion-dollar wrongful death suits against Schwartz haven’t collected a cent. propub.li/4di7xXs

@JoyceWhiteVance Question: if they are only going after voter roll data and illegals can’t vote and shouldn’t be on voter roll then what is the point.

For immigration enforcement purposes? So much for all those violent criminals Trump promised us he was going after.
Mike Young@micyoung75

CBS News reported today that DOJ and DHS are close to finalizing an agreement to share voter roll data — including Social Security numbers and driver’s license numbers — for immigration enforcement purposes. In a March 3 federal court hearing in Minnesota, DOJ attorney James Tucker was asked directly whether the voter data would be used for immigration enforcement. His answer: “Not to my knowledge, your honor.” On March 19 in Connecticut, a different judge asked if there was a plan to share the data with DHS. Tucker: “I don’t believe that’s a decision that’s been made.” He added: “As of today, there has been no directive or instruction that the data is going to be transmitted to any other agency.” CBS published its story today. Within hours, a DOJ attorney disclosed the DHS sharing plan in open court in Rhode Island — for the first time, after being prompted by press inquiry, not by the court. The MOU DOJ signed with Alaska when it collected that state’s data explicitly states that identifying voter data “will not be shared by the Department.” Indiana already handed over its full voter rolls — names, birth dates, addresses, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers. The data is in DOJ possession now. The question of where it goes next just changed.

Hey @megynkelly, what a cowardly thing to say. Accountability for those who “pushed” Trump into war? Seriously? Afraid to criticize Trump? How about accountability for the idiot who actually CHOSE to go to war? How about accountability for the president who actually MADE the decision?

For the last time: Democrats said YES to funding the TSA …no strings attached. Senate Republicans were ready to go along. And then Trump said NO. Read that again.

@CMDeDominicis @JeremyWGR That’s what happens when you have bums like Schenn, Kessilring and Timmons on one way deal that would require waivers on them. Dept is nice but sending down a guy who is +20 and a great 5v 5 guy is stupid.

Michael Flynn confessed. Trump pardoned. Now Flynn will receive $1.2 million from the Trump administration. Trump’s DOJ calls it a settlement, but it’s not. It’s a gift of grift. A political payoff ripped from the wallets of taxpayers. convulsions.substack.com/p/trump-injust…

Okay quick Sabres sicko trivia question. Also don’t cheat. Before there were 19,070 seats in the arena, how many seats were there? I’ll always remember the number and the announcement: “tonight’s attendance is _________ that’s another sellout.”

Trump's Justice Department has agreed to pay Michael Flynn $1.25 million in taxpayer money even though he pleaded guilty twice to making false statements to FBI agents about his interactions with Russian officials. @alanfeuer nytimes.com/2026/03/25/us/…

@SalSports Which is one reason why, if the Bills really liked Coleman that much, that they should have taken him at the end of round one v early round two. Extra year of control.

Looking sat the roster, it makes more sense for defense, and I'd still lean that way.....I'm just saying that rookie WR contracts (and of course hitting on that youn/early drafted guy matter) can create so much more flexibility vs having to trade for or sign them after 3-4 years

I don't take WR off table in Rd 1 for Bills even after trading for DJ Moore simply because of financials. WR is kinda like the new QB. Rookie deals vs deals after 3-4 years for really good ones are astronomically different. And that's just one guy. You need another 4-5 on roster

In my darkest moments, I fear that this is how democracy dies. Not with a secret conspiracy conducted in the middle of the night. But with a brazen confession made public in the light of day. democracydocket.com/opinion/there-…

Taylor: The day that I decided to quit that administration was the day when a mentor of mine from capitol hill had died. His name was John McCain. The flags were at half staff around the country, and the president was trying to call us in Australia on the other side of the world, to say, not put out a statement in honor of John McCain, but to say, raise the flags back up. I don't care if you agreed with John McCain or disagreed. It didn't matter like Bob Mueller, he served this country in uniform. He was a sitting united States senator. He deserved to be honored with the flags at half staff—for the president of the United States to be so petty, so small and petty, to tell us to raise the flags back up in an act of active dishonor, tells you everything you need to know about that man and his lack of integrity and character.

This is what passes for international diplomacy and leadership today. An all caps misspelled rant from a sundowning old man is posted by the Department of Defense as an official order. 35 years ago I had just fought the last battle of Desert Storm and GEN Schwarzkopf met our enemy in a tent in the desert to lay out their withdrawal from Kuwait as thousands of coalition troops waited for our orders. Today a mentally unstable narcissist posts on his personal social media company his brain dump and our troops are left scrambling to decode it all. This is the most incompetent leadership I’ve ever witnessed at any level.
