@PAStatePolice I didn't even realize how bad they ate the one tree until I looked at it today.

@PAStatePolice My allergies have been killing me since I first came to take care of my boss a year ago after he took a stroke.

@PAStatePolice I don't know if you can see them in the pictures. I wish I took pictures when I noticed them, but I think I killed a bunch of termites when I sprayed the giant coffee cup, and the trees behind it with a few drops of hydrogen peroxide, and water with the squirt gun.

Hypochaeris radicata, also known as catsear, false dandelion, or hairy cat's ear. It is a perennial herb that is often mistaken for a dandelion.

Catsear is edible and is often found in lawns and grassy areas. It is considered a weed in some regions but is not toxic. They close when the sun sets, and open as it rises. My son picked the first one for me, which resulted in me watching it more than I've been.

@SummmertC The closer the branches are to the ground, the more likely the tree will be to get infested.

@SummmertC The branches are where most of the weight is. You want to get as many off as possible before cutting a tree down.

@SummmertC Put 2 tablespoons of vinegar in a gallon of water, then water the tree with it. It will shrink.

@SummmertC Poisonous plants are more dangerous when exposed to sunlight. I like to trim the trees at night. Plus it's cooler.
