I feel the "winter break" debate coming on again in the Premier League. It’s obviously needed - even with expanded squads, elite players risk fatigue, less training time etc - but too many vested interests preventing it happening.

@maxrushden I agree with this, maybe the best way to go is by where players feet are. You will get some where the players is leaning ahead but providing the feet are at least level is a compromise to the current rule and wengers idea.

Wondering what football would look like under Wenger's "daylight" offside law? Raheem Sterling would be onside in this example, the heel playing him onside. NB: You still need the offside lines, and you still have marginal decisions.

@MikeWaltersMGM The top four names were not initially bought in by the pozzos so if you go on their track record, they have had 3 left field/new coaches that have worked out of 20 odd. Surely it’s understandable why the fanbase are not overly enthused when the track record is poor.
