@mikejwhelan @ohyouresotough If it happens ,, please try to add a couple of classes for the caregivers !! Cancer sucks ,,,, and it also suck to watch your wife / husband / partner/ child deal with the aspects of cancer . My wife is 7 years stage 4 ,, we are the lucky ones !!

May 12, 1911 -- Major League pitcher Archie McKain is born in Delphos, Kan. McKain played in the majors for six seasons including for the Detroit Tigers in the 1940 World Series. He died in 1985 and is buried in a Minneapolis, Kan., cemetery.

Winter damage this year has been a struggle,, slow but steady recovery . March 20th , April 6th , April 28th and today May 10th . Trying to stay positive and very proud of our staff for their efforts . If you are dealing with similar problems remember you are not alone !!

Staff is finishing course preparation this evening for tomorrow’s final day of Manhattan CC Member/ Guest . Great staff, can’t thank them enough,, even after 5+” of rain Wednesday night ,, with their dedication the course conditions were excellent .

My wife Elaina was able to “ring the bell “ again for the 2nd time in the past 4 years after today’s last chemo !! It’s been a long and tough 7 months . So very proud of her and her continued fight against cancer !! Today is a great day 🙏

One year ago today we started our fairway conversion project from Ryegrass/ Poa to Zoysia. We are very happy with the results and looking forward to the upcoming season . I’m proud of our entire staff for their dedication and hard work .
