Also note that Gensler said FINRA didn't consult with the @SECGov before initiating the U3 halt. For something so rare, this seems hard to believe. In the more than 2 and a half years since FINRA U3 halted $MMTLP, has there been another U3 halt? NO! Something tells me that @FINRA might have to consult with the SEC before they do so again.
