@mcphail86 @AdamJoseph Similar to your players next season? Imagine, Sunderland might be in Europe while y’all stink up the league after spending more than United in the transfer window.
Happens mate, we’ll take your captain too while we’re at it 👍🏽
English

Newcastle offered more money to Bryan Mbeumo than Manchester United, he chose MUFC & took less to go.
Newcastle offered more money to Benjamin Sesko than Manchester United, he chose MUFC & took less to go.
This is public information. It is not a conspiracy, you're a small club.

People want to blame Howe more than PSR because it’s more fashionable. Had Howe been able to lure his first choice targets with the wages 15th placed Man Utd and other teams were able to do, we wouldn’t be in this position. The PL made these rules to stifle us - blame them more.
English

@GordonIanArmst1 Possibly something to do with your relegation to Division 3. Just a hunch
English

@Vaikunth_B @AdamJoseph So he gets £150k a game for Man U. And he would have got around £100k a week for NUFC. Smart move by the lad. Man united paying more as suspected
English

@mcphail86 It's amazing how you lot all swallow briefs that come out after the fact - when you were rejected by Mbeumo - that all of a sudden he had crazy wage demands.
Is it Newcastle tradition to be this thick? Is there something in the water there?
English

Spoiler alert. Newcastle offered more money than United for Sesko and Mbuemo

@MsiDouglas Ironic after your mid week tweet regarding Howe’s coaching ability. Totally out thought again today.
English

Another brilliant day for Regis Le Bris today.
One of the best managers at adapting in-game. Saw problems, addressed them and even bringing Le Fee on when he did gave #safc new dimension. Told me afterwards Brobbey had been brilliant in training all week - then explained how he used it to beat #nufc press. Impressive stuff, top manager imo
English

@dicka1286 And that’s before you look at all the promises about training ground and stadium that haven’t been kept. EH was left to run the club on his own last summer which would never happen at a serious club. He’s now totally out of ideas and can’t use the squad he’s put together!
English

@dicka1286 It’s bad and has been bad for a while now. I’ve said all season that what’s happening on the pitch doesn’t really matter (when talking about poor performances) as I think we have bigger problems off it. Aging and neglected squad was always going to catch up with them..
English

@KeatonCamp38283 @SkySports_Keith Why did he used to go to Newcastle games then? Just a strange kid?
English

@mcphail86 @SkySports_Keith Then its lucky he's a sunlun lad
English

@KeatonCamp38283 @SkySports_Keith You don’t get a choice. You’re one or the other. Never both
English

@mcphail86 @SkySports_Keith Suppose he chose the better team mcphail
English

@EthanOsafc Honestly didn’t hear a peep out of you lot until 55 mins. Was very surprised at how bad you were. And mumbling your way through the songs (that you started signing later in the game) is also pretty pointless when nobody can understand the words. Deserved the win though
English

Btw not even taking the piss here, that might be the worst home atmosphere I’ve experienced for some time.
Few flags before the game and flashes after the goal, but overall silent.
Not shocked when the advertisement board is advertising hospitality suits all game tbh.
#safc
English

@Im_RobM @fantasyfooty Irrelevant question. Are you saying a manager should be perfect and never make any mistakes? It doesn’t happen. Bottom line is the squad is totally stale and has been for years and last summer just exaggerated everything. And EH was given keys he should have been nowhere near
English

@mcphail86 @fantasyfooty Stu. Simple yes or no. Do you blame Howe for any of what has gone on this season?
English

Not just Howe, the whole club BUTCHERED the summer window.
Isak situation, panic buying, not buying a proper keeper, not buying a RB, buying Elanga etc etc.
Losing a player like Isak was even worse than we suggested it was. We’ve had nothing upfront top all season.
Howe takes some of the blame yes, but he’s been dealt an awful hand and we’ve still had a good UCL run and two decent cup runs.
IMO he has this summer and next season to fix it, but we have to act early and decisively in the market this summer.
Three week break, come back and win 5 of the last 7 and we’ll get Europa (which we could win next season) #nufc
English

@Im_RobM @fantasyfooty Once again, it doesn’t matter if he wants it. He shouldn’t have been given it. The club failed
English

@mcphail86 @fantasyfooty Howe wanted it. Howe got it. Howe signed the players, but you are absolving him of blame. Also the "coach' you mention has coached a terrible season. Pull your head out your arse and stop absolving the man at the heart of it of any blame.
English

@Im_RobM @fantasyfooty Once again. He should never ever have been in charge of recruitment. That’s on the owners. Hes a coach for fuck sake
English

@mcphail86 @fantasyfooty Got it mate. The man in full control of recruitment and the team isn't to blame 👍🏻
English

@Im_RobM @fantasyfooty I want full control but they don’t give it to me? Just because Howe wanted it doesn’t mean it’s his fault
English
