At the time this plaque went up, New York had 45 congressional districts. Next decade, it could have just 24.

The candidate filing deadline is 3/13 in Utah, so it definitely looks at this juncture like Utah Republicans aren't going to make a run at getting a stay of the new congressional map from SCOTUS.

Despite suggesting during briefing that they would take their map challenge to SCOTUS, Utah Republicans have not yet taken any steps to do that. (The federal district court denied their request for an injunction on 2/23, a week and a half ago.)

With the closing of candidate filing in Georgia yesterday, candidate filing has now ended in 13 states (another 3 states -TX, NC, AR - have already had primaries).
By the end of March, candidate filing will have ended in another 15 states.
