Please reply with your current mortgage rate and when you got it, I’m trying to see something
Andrew Lokenauth | TheFinanceNewsletter.com@FluentInFinance
A $400K mortgage is now $3,000/month. A $400K mortgage was $1,500/month in 2021. $1,500 more each month for the same home.

@SeanConsidine37 @IlliniFootball @CadenConsidine1 Will be great to see a Byron kid wear the orange & blue! Go Illini! 🔸🔹
English

As parents you dream of days like yesterday! Caden has put in the work and is willing to do what it takes! He’s been a great example for our house and our community! The @IlliniFootball stepped up and has a great vision for @CadenConsidine1 and his future.
It is amazing that @BretBielema had a big part of me becoming a Hawkeye 27 years ago and yesterday we came full circle and he’s playing an even bigger role bringing our son to the University of Illinois. The character and integrity he has put together with his staff and players down in Champaign is impressive.
A special shoutout needs to be sent to @coachPatRyan! Coach B and Pat have a goal to keep the best Illinois High School football players at home and that message was meaningful to Caden. There is no better man than Pat Ryan and his relationships with @IHSFCA1 will continue to pay big dividends for Illini football for years to come!
Congrats Cado! Now get to work buddy because this is just the start for you!

@38Godfrey I was in town for the Music City bowl and saw Montana State fans out in Nashville a week ago.
Their livers must just be built different to still be at it.

My most midwestern trait is that I don't give a shit about your freakish palatial gas station, there's a place down the street from me that has breakfast pizza and white monster energy drink and I don't need anything else.

A small detour on the way to Nashville tomorrow? You bet.

@markmcc04105398 @rodger The other side of the stadium catches less wind and has better amenities.
English

@BobZuppke Your tears will freeze.
Have a feeling I’ll be flying solo to this one. No chance I can talk anyone in my house into a late November night game.
English

Cannot wait. I’ll be the guy sobbing when Luke walks.

Opportunity 12 — under the lights at home.

@LonTayESPNCU @IlliniFootball Fun place to see a game.
I’ve been 3 or 4 times. All Illinois losses…except for the last tie game in college football history.
Illini should win on the 22nd which would break my streak, but I’ll probably stay back to watch my daughter in a HS basketball tournament.
English

@CodyCutter35 When I was in HS we used play a non-conference football game against Burlington Central. When we went there it was the only time we had to play on Saturdays because they didn’t have lights.
Guessing that’s no longer an issue with a 3x enrollment increase since then.
English

@BobZuppke It’s like a Dietrich freshman guarding a T-Town senior. (Sorry, downstate hoops reference
English

@isthereawill @bkoo Yeah there’s an upstart to watch.
They (Indiana) were just relegated to Peacock for Week 8 where nobody saw them.
English

@bkoo Not great but tough to compete when your blue blood Big Ten teams (Michigan, PSU, USC) have off years and there are no upstarts to replace them in the polls
English

I polled a lot of people on if NBC’s ND vs USC game would do better than ABC’s Tennessee vs Alabama. People were very split.
It’s not even close.
The non ABC TV networks can’t love this trend (who cares), but the non SEC conferences have to be getting a little rattled
Stewart Mandel@slmandel
Week 8 most-watched CFB games, per Nielsen. Ole Miss-UGA (ABC) 9.8M Tenn-Bama (ABC) 8.0M LSU-Vandy (ABC) 5.9M USC-ND (NBC) 4.6M Wash-Mich (FOX) 4.3M Ohio St-Wis (CBS) 4M Lou-Miami (ESPN) 3.4M Neb-Minn (FOX) 2.7M Texas-UK (ESPN) 2.64M T Tech-ASU (FOX) 2.56M Utah-BYU (FOX) 2.M

The Billy Napier firing is going to hit like a sad trombone, but the Brian Kelly firing is going to hit like a whip-it full of napalm
Adam Kramer@KegsnEggs
I'll set the over/under on coaches fired tomorrow at 1.5. Which way we going?
English

@casualbigten 2 things…
1) Still nervous about the road trip to Washington next week even though they lost today and Illinois finally had a bye week.
2) 3 weeks ago who saw UCLA in the middle of the conference?
