His sales (revenue) are 40M, so thats between 400K and 2M profit, which as he said is being eaten into by 1.3M of extra tax. So he is now tops down to 700K profit, maybe even making a loss. @MbarkCherguia @SebastienneL Looking at the pic, left is a turnip to the right swede. Swedes (rutabaga) are large, round, yellow-fleshed, and sweet, often used in stews and pasties. Turnips are smaller, crisper, white-fleshed, and have a peppery taste.

They were independent for a bit, but war made them join with the rest. They have their own laws, culture, institutions, etc

@toadmeister Yes make you do all the work, system incorrectly calculates your tax and overcharges, doesn't tell you, takes ages to reclaim overpayment with NO interest, yet if you owe a penny then its interest day 1 and they are on you.

@theSurlyBiker @ediz1975 Road cyclist and commuter of 30 years, NEVER fallen with clips. Its pretty simple if you cant use them then don't. See plenty of people who can even put there foot on a peddle properly, and completely unaware of other road users, they all give cyclists a bade rep.

@ediz1975 Everyone falls with clips - it’s natural. Sometimes even when you try to twist out they don’t cooperate. That may have happened here. They’re great for road riding. Not great for city riding. I have cleats on my 2 road & gravel bikes. Toe cages & straps on my 2 city bikes.

Why would you want to wear clips ? Is this one of the reasons why some cyclists do not stop at red lights? This could have had a different outcome….

@staylorish @MrHenryFH It's actually an entirely hypothetical question. If the child attended Fettes, the Scottish government's system of contextual entry practivally ensures they would not be offered a place at St Andrews....

If a family is wealthy enough to send their child to Fettes, why does the taxpayer pick up the tab for their university tuition? Good question! And Jenny Gilruth simply cannot answer it. #bbcgms
