@SouthwestAir Our flight was cancelled, we made alternative arrangements through another airline, and then we got a text two days later that Southwest rebooked our flight. I hope SWA isn't going to swindle us out of our refund. We had to make other arrangements to get home.

Frustrated with @SouthwestAir for cancelling so many flights, including our family's flight this week back home. No options to get back to Fresno, so we booked one way tickets with another airline for way too much money.🤨
