My client. 40 years old. Pure vegetarian. Hitting 100g+ protein daily. No HP paneer. No HP lassi. No imported protein bars. No chicken. No eggs. Just basic Indian groceries. Here’s his actual plan: Morning: one whey shake with toned milk, poha, banana. 46g protein before he even leaves for work. Lunch: roti, dal, dahi, sabzi. Regular ghar ka khana. 39g protein. His wife doesn’t even cook anything “special.” It’s the same food. Just measured. Dinner: soya chunks with rice. 40g dry soya chunks. 21g protein. Cost: ₹8. Snacks: makhana, almonds, toned milk. Even snacks quietly add 13g. No food is banned. Potato is in there. Banana is in there. Rice is in there. Total daily cost: under ₹200. Less than one Zomato order. This is the guy from that shirtless photo. 40 years old. Vegetarian. Built on dal, roti, soya chunks, and one scoop of whey. Kuch fancy nahi hai. Bas sab measured hai. If you also want to start your fitness journey like him - DM me "START"

He’s 40. Pure vegetarian. No chicken. No eggs. No non-veg ever. Guess his daily protein intake and how he hits it. Wrong answers will surprise you.

Indian men spend their lives being told “tu toh fit hai.” No belly. Fits into shirts from college. Scale never moves. So they never lift. Never build. Never train. At 32 they get blood work done and find out their body’s been lying to them for a decade. Here’s the trap every “fit looking” Indian man falls into: 1. The compliment that ruined you “Tu toh fit hai” your whole life. Your mom. Your relatives. Your friends. Your wife. Your doctor. So you never trained. The compliment was the trap. 2. The shirt that lied to you Same shirt size since college. You think nothing changed. Inside, you’ve lost 6 kgs of muscle and gained 6 kgs of fat. Same scale. Different body. 3. The blood report that exposed you Belly looks flat. Then the report comes: → Fatty liver grade 1 → D3 at 12 → Fasting insulin high → HbA1c 5.7% → Triglycerides 180 The mirror lies. The report doesn’t. 4. The “fast metabolism” myth You didn’t win the genetic lottery. You have the most dangerous Indian body type: thin outside, visceral fat inside. The same genes that kept you lean are the ones setting you up for diabetes by 40. 5. The college body that’s still walking around You’re 32 living in the body of a 22 year old who never grew up. No muscle. No strength. No reserves. The first real injury at 35 will end you. 6. The fix you’ve been avoiding You don’t need to lose weight. You need to build the body underneath. → Lift 3 times a week, 30 minutes → 1.6g protein per kg, daily → Full blood panel, not the basic one → 8,000 steps a day → Sleep 7 hours Looking thin isn’t being healthy. It just means you got away with it longer than your friends did. Most Indian men learn this at 35, when the report comes back red and they look in the mirror confused. You can fix it now while it’s still easy. Or spend the next 10 years confused about why your body keeps breaking despite “looking fine.”

Staff had no proper answers just the usual wait for 1 or 2 days. Already raised multiple complaints on the Indane website but only getting automated replies with no real resolution. This kind of service is unacceptable for an essential need like LPG. 2/3

Booked my LPG refill on 17 March but still no delivery. It has been weeks now. DAC already received but no clear update nothing. Visited Mishra Gas Agency, Nichibagh, Varanasi today and saw long queues of frustrated customers all facing the same issue. 1/3

the 5 skills that will actually make you money in 2026 (not the generic "learn AI" advice everyone's recycling) 1. full autonomy comfort most people still babysit their AI like it's 2023 the ones pulling ahead? they set triggers, let agents run overnight, and wake up to completed work whether you're using n8n on triggers, manus for background research, or claude code on a cloud instance the skill isn't "using AI". it's trusting AI to operate while you sleep. 2. ai-assisted workflow building nobody's manually dragging nodes anymore the gap closed. tools like synta turn plain english into production workflows i use the mcp on cursor and it's unreal the skill now is knowing WHAT to build, not HOW to build it 3. business translation the most underpaid skill in tech: speaking developer the most overpaid skill in tech: speaking business if you can sit with a 55 year old accountant and understand their tuesday better than they can describe it you win. every time. 4. boring niche domination everyone's fighting over tech startups and saas founders meanwhile PE firms, law firms, and dental practices are begging for help same workflows. 10x the budgets. zero competition. 5. selling outcomes not tools "we use n8n and claude" = $800 deal "you're burning $57k/year on manual work" = $15k deal same automation. different frame. i put together a full breakdown of each skill with: → how to actually learn it → what "good" looks like → how it connects to making money comment "2026" and i'll send the PDF (must be following so i can dm)
