Diamond cuts Diamond… As an 𝐈𝐓 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥, I know what tech guys go through…. Long hours on the seat. Staring at the screen. Continuous typing strokes. Just a miserable situation. But 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐦𝐞! Following a BASIC routine, I've reincarnated myself into a 𝟔𝟕 𝐤𝐠 𝐈𝐓 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 from a 𝟗𝟔 𝐤𝐠 𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡 𝐠𝐮𝐲. And you can do it to change yourself in the next few months, weeks 𝐨𝐫 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬! Message me ‘𝐅𝐈𝐓’ NOW.

This photo of Mamata Banerjee went viral because she's wearing a Whoop, Apple Watch, and Oura Ring. All three. At the same time. I've been running this setup for over a year. I'm a data scientist. I coach fitness using this data. And I have opinions. Here's everything I've learned.

My client. 40 years old. Pure vegetarian. Hitting 100g+ protein daily. No HP paneer. No HP lassi. No imported protein bars. No chicken. No eggs. Just basic Indian groceries. Here’s his actual plan: Morning: one whey shake with toned milk, poha, banana. 46g protein before he even leaves for work. Lunch: roti, dal, dahi, sabzi. Regular ghar ka khana. 39g protein. His wife doesn’t even cook anything “special.” It’s the same food. Just measured. Dinner: soya chunks with rice. 40g dry soya chunks. 21g protein. Cost: ₹8. Snacks: makhana, almonds, toned milk. Even snacks quietly add 13g. No food is banned. Potato is in there. Banana is in there. Rice is in there. Total daily cost: under ₹200. Less than one Zomato order. This is the guy from that shirtless photo. 40 years old. Vegetarian. Built on dal, roti, soya chunks, and one scoop of whey. Kuch fancy nahi hai. Bas sab measured hai. If you also want to start your fitness journey like him - DM me "START"

He’s 40. Pure vegetarian. No chicken. No eggs. No non-veg ever. Guess his daily protein intake and how he hits it. Wrong answers will surprise you.

Things changed the moment I started working on myself. I got stronger… strong enough to still lift him like this. But more importantly, he started watching. Kids don’t listen to what you say. They copy what you do. He sees workouts as normal. He sees good food as default. Protein is not extra for him, it is just part of life. I never had to force habits on him. I just fixed mine. At 10, he already understands strength matters. Not for looks. For life. As parents, we worry a lot about what kids are consuming. Truth is, they consume us first. Your routine becomes their standard. So if you want better for them… start with yourself.

@trainedbyabhi What's there to brag about. Food is a personal choice. Don't glorify some kind of foods over other.

@trainedbyabhi @_hopenope_ It's not about bodybuilding at all, if you don't want to look skinny and build strength and most important of all make sure you look amazing and don't have milions of muscle issues, please eat at least 1.2-1.6 grams per kg of your lean mass, that's mostly enough for everyone.

Yes, that is something different from what you said before, and I agree with this. Protein doesn’t only mean whey protein. Protein in general means any source which can help you complete your daily intake via any sources, be it veg or non-veg or even dairy. Whey is just a convenience supplement.

@trainedbyabhi @vkpdeveloper Bro, I am not against protein or good diet My problem is with fitness wokes who create a panic around diet & protein. Then people feel FOMO or get anxious about it. Reality is if you eat normal healthy diet with dairy, you can build serious muscles. And non-veg is even better
