Anyone know how early you can be at Warriors games? Can you watch shootarounds with a regular game ticket? Bringing my son to his 1st NBA game and want to make it as special as possible for him! We're going to the 4/1 game against the Spurs if that makes any difference. @warriors

How do I get in contact with the highest level of customer support possible, and then talk to that person's boss?... I've wasted so many hours on the phone over the last couple of weeks on people that do nothing but read off of scripts that I can barely understand.
