Would love to see @ToppsDigital solve some of these issues on the collectibles that they sold a ton of collectors. I believe in you @ToppsDigital @Fanatics @michaelrubin, you can take a minute to help these guys out with the products you sold them. FWIW I personally will not be buying any @Fanatics products until this is solved for these guys. Too painful to watch and my confidence is at least temporarily damaged, though I'd love to see this fixed and be a win/win/win for everyone.

@ToppsDigital would rather block and ignore me rather than address *their* problems. The customer service for @ToppsNFTs customers has been rough since 2024 but shockingly bad since the migration to @opensea. (Continued)

Surely some journalist or news org would pick this up in advance of a @Fanatics IPO… @ToppsDigital - head in the sand, blocking customers who did nothing other than expect to “collect with confidence” is not the right strategy here. I promise

@CardAficionado Simply amazing. The team at Topps continues to build upon their reputation as the worst customer experience of any consumer products brand in the biz. Continues to baffle me. It’s probably time for a leadership change over there.

I’m impressed they actually did something, but this is ridiculous. I’d love to have the person running this account listen to what we’ve gone through and tell me anyone should be blocked. They literally turned NFTs into Bunt after we notified them about a major problem with their smart contract. And have said nothing of substance publicly about it.

Please fix your Topps NFT assets (which you broke) and develop an OpenSea landing page as promised. Your customers have dropped millions of dollars on this product, and have continued to be supportive along the way. Radio silence for over a year is no way to treat your customers. I guess this is what happens when you build a monopoly. The consumer will always suffer. Terrible customer experience, and even worse customer service. As a note for any potential buyers in the apps, Topps Digital simply doesn’t care about its customers.

Donald Trump’s latest 278-T disclosure quietly revealed something crazy. He owns more than $5 million worth of Dell stock. He purchased multiple times starting on February 10, 2026. On May 8, while speaking publicly, he told the country: “Go out and buy a Dell.” At that exact moment, he was already one of the largest individual Dell shareholders in the disclosure. He did not mention he owned the stock. For context, Dell is one of the biggest beneficiaries of the AI server buildout, supplying complete rack systems for Nvidia GPU deployments. It is also reportedly part of the recent wave of major federal contracts. A sitting president telling Americans to buy a stock he personally owns millions of dollars in is the kind of thing that would end the career of any corporate executive in the country. For a president, it gets disclosed quietly on a government form 30 days later. The system is not broken. It’s doing exactly what it was built to do. New insider trades will be revealed on @InTheAssembly tomorrow. If you don’t follow them right now, you will regret it later.

Another senator just got caught doing what would end the career of any regular American. Senator John Boozman of Arkansas bought shares of Devon Energy on April 9. He did not disclose the trade until May 8, almost a full month later. Here’s the problem: Boozman sits on the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works, the same committee that shapes energy policy in this country. He also sits on subcommittees that oversee commodities and rural energy. In other words, he votes on legislation that directly impacts the oil and gas sector. And then he buys oil and gas stocks. This is not a one-off. A week before he bought Devon, he also bought shares of Constellation Energy on April 2. In the last 3 years alone, Boozman has filed 331 stock trades totaling over $667,000. He has received nearly $150,000 from oil, gas, and coal interests since 2012 according to OpenSecrets. A senator on the energy committee, funded by energy lobbyists, trading energy stocks ahead of energy policy. If a corporate executive did this with their own company's stock, they would be in handcuffs. When a senator does it, it gets a delayed filing and a one-line public disclosure. The system is not broken, it’s working exactly the way it was designed to. If you want to know which stocks insiders are buying, follow us with notifications so you don’t miss our alerts. This is VERY important. A lot of people will wish they followed us sooner.

NEW INSIDER TRADE Another member of Congress just got caught buying the exact kind of stock their committee oversees. Representative Maria Salazar of Florida just filed a purchase of Marvell Technology $MRVL, one of the largest semiconductor and AI infrastructure companies in the country. Here’s the conflict: Salazar sits on the House Financial Services Committee and the Subcommittee on Capital Markets, the body that directly oversees the SEC and the rules that govern stock trading itself. So a Representative who helps write the rules for capital markets is also actively trading the stocks those rules apply to. A regular investor doing this with the same access would be in handcuffs. A member of Congress does it and files a one-page disclosure. In the future, ALL INSIDER TRADES will be posted on @InTheAssembly Follow them right now or you’ll regret it later.
