If Cooper says no, the operational reality of today makes the answer meaningless. The ambiguity is now load-bearing. It is the only thing preventing Day 66 from becoming Day 1 again.

@WarMonitor3 The point IS to trigger Iranian attack - so Trump can restart a new war with 60 day Congressional approval timer.

I think if the US navy does go into the Strait of Hormuz that Is going to be a pretty dangerous mission... if an Iranian gunboat tries something funny or running into mines they have been deploying.
