@aeromexico still can’t offer a reasonable answer or solution for involuntarily booking me last week and giving the worst customer service experience!

@AeromexicoUSA has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They will oversell your flight and involuntarily bump you, claiming the gates are closed when are aren’t, and tell you ‘this is your fault’. When reaching out they drop your calls or block you via WhatsApp

@SeeYaAreOh @AeromexicoUSA @AeromexicoUSA the WORST customer service. Repeatedly said their involuntary bumping was my fault for missing the gate closure, customer service hung up on us, and the CEO blocked my WhatsApp.

The worst airline is @Aeromexico . Moved our seats even though we paid for it. (2nd time this has happened) Won’t give a refund. Also refused carry ons and made us check it. Hate flying with them. Been on hold for 20+ mins with customer service.
