What a surprise that an activist court objects to everything Trump does.
The time has long passed for SCOTUS to put a stop at this type of lawfare. The damage at this point is irreparable.
The courts are just another blatant political institution. Any notion of blind justice is not just a relic of the past. It’s dangerous to believe it still exists.
Because if you do, you’re going to get screwed by this system when you naively approach it as an impartial arbiter of the truth.

...George Santayana said that those who ignore history are doomed to repeat it. The same is true for judicial overreach. I may agree with historians on some of this material but it is immaterial- as immaterial as Judge Kelley’s qualms. In my view, the court’s analysis is deeply flawed and should be reversed.
